Rough clean

After the trades finish

The first pass, once framing, drywall and paint are done. We clear what the trades left behind so finish work starts in a clean space.

Final clean

Before the walkthrough

The detailed clean. We go room by room until the space is free of debris and ready to be lived in or used.

Puff clean

Right before handover
